From Meltdown to Connection

Discover the 2 main triggers and 2 switches to transform meltdowns into moments of connection

Monthly Group Support

  • Clarify what your child really needs and how to best support them so life is (a little) more boring
  • Refocus on yourself and your children to make your family decisions and let go of other's judgment (yes it's possible, might take time but you'll get there!)
  • Have the support to move forward in a confident way, trusting that your instinct and judgment is as good (if not better) then the ones of all the specialist out there.
  • Experience a safe and judgment-free space where you can really feel accepted and understood, even if you never experienced that before

because we are the only real expert of our children!

Hi I'm Anouk,

I'm a mom of 3 (wonderful and) emotionally intense kids, I have a master's in social work and I’ve been supporting parents of kids with all kinds of special needs for more then 16 years (and that's also how long I've been a mom!).

I now support parents of emotionally intense kids for whom nothing in the “general parenting advice” seems to work so they feel confident in trying different things that fit their kids' needs better.
