TO DO TODAY
I am an experienced personal trainer, yoga instructor, CEO & business owner, but most importantly, a mother. Becoming a mother was a dream come true and a nightmare realized all at the same time. I struggled with postpartum depression, extreme mom guilt and anxiety dictating my decision making. Having struggled on my own for so long, I was determined to change the narrative on motherhood. I take pride in helping my clients transform their lives.
As a coach, I spend time understanding the root cause of the issue, set milestones throughout the process, and celebrate when goals and dream scenarios are achieved. I've been recognized by moms of all ages, and stages of motherhood around the world, for my extraordinary commitment to empower them to feel their best, so they can give their best, to their families each day. Bottom line, I help moms have MORE GREAT DAYS!

Hi I'm Nimisha, a surgeon, mother, artist, writer and life coach from India. Mindfulness saved my surgical career in 2016 and changed my whole life in 2019.
However, for many people, mindfulness equals meditation equals focusing on the breath. Which means they don't go anywhere near mindfulness, even if they really, really need it!
So, I'm on a mission to make mindfulness more accessible to everyone, especially those who find meditation icky and just can't focus on their breath.
Daily Mindful Moments Journal
You DON'T need to meditate to become more mindful.
Do you want to experience more calm and ease in your daily life, but you just can't meditate?
Do you find it hard, if not impossible, to focus on your breath, especially if you are anxious, or activated?
Does mindfulness seem like an overused buzzword to you?
If this sounds like you, then what you need is the Daily Mindful Moments Journal.
*It has 5 prompts to usher you into a gentle and loving awareness of the present moment (which is what mindfulness is all about!).
*Each prompt will take you less than 5 minutes to complete
*None of the prompts are focus on breathing, making mindfulness accessible even to those with anxiety, asthma or chronic pain
*BONUS a very fun + non-shaming habit tracker, that will make you want to return to the prompts over and over, and try out all of them!

Mindfulness in Action

Nimisha Kantharia
(she/her)
Mindfulness in action is all about taking the practice of mindfulness and integrating it into our daily lives as busy parents with multiple responsibilities and very little time.
Key take-aways
1. Mindfulness is made of two parts awareness and compassion
2. Micro-moments of mindfulness
3. Lock in the sensations of positive emotions.
Hi! I’m Trish.
First and foremost, I’m a parent just like you. I’ve struggled on my parenting journey and had more than my fair share of phone calls from teachers, office visits with principals, and intense conversations with well intentioned people telling me I “should” do this, or everything would be fixed if I “just” did that.
Frustrated by half answers, unrealistic expectations, and unable to find real solutions that worked for my family (and that I could figure out how to implement), I poured myself into any training I could get my hands on that I thought might help.
Committed to a well rounded perspective, I hold certifications in the areas of hypnotherapy, brain health, behavior change, leadership, communication, and holistic health & wellness. I blend the best techniques from each into transformational programs to reveal the root cause of your struggle and guide you to implement small changes so you can shift from overwhelmed, defeated, and deflated to confident, energized, and empowered.
Specialties include understanding and mastering emotions, transforming negative thinking and racing thoughts into calm confidence, and breaking through the barriers of perfectionism, procrastination, overthinking, and rejection sensitivity. No matter what you may be struggling with, or whether you prefer group or 1:1, the most important piece to know is that we do this together.
Practicing the Pause
Practicing the Pause is a guided meditation that helps you regain control of your emotions and allows you to train your brain to respond more calmly in stressful situations.

The Power of Pause (Hypnosis)

Trish Collyer
When we find ourselves in unpredictable, chaotic situations our automatic response often blocks the way we had planned to respond. The ability to pause between the trigger and our response is key to keeping our own emotions in check and avoid becoming part of the chaos. Hypnosis is a tool you can use to create and expand the pause as well as rewrite your automatic response to one you choose instead of the one created by your past experiences.
With over two decades of hands-on experience as a stepmom, Amy knows intimately the challenges and self-doubts that can weigh heavily on your soul as you embark on this unique path. Amy's journey includes confronting the complexities of co-parenting as a child-free stepmom, mastering the art of managing a bustling household, and facing the external pressures and challenges inherent in blended families. Her quest was unyielding - to create a loving home despite the hurdles of being a stepmom within a stepfamily.
Family lies at the heart of Amy's journey, and her personal experiences have shaped her profound understanding of the complexities surrounding blended families. With two stepkids whom she met when they were just 4 and 8 years old, Amy's story mirrors the challenges and joys that many stepmoms face as their relationships with their stepchildren evolve. Today, those once-young stepkids have blossomed into adults, and the strong bond they share is a testament to the love, dedication, and resilience that Amy brings to her role as both a stepmom and a mother. Amy's family expands further when she and her husband added two more children to the family. Those kids are also now young adults.
Amy's personal experience adds layers of understanding and empathy to her coaching that resonates deeply with those she guides. Amy has profound insights and a unique perspective that she brings to her coaching, offering clients a compassionate and relatable ally on their own journeys.

Executive Function success depends on these elements. Will it be a quick fix? Not at all! Will things change overnight? Nope! But I can assure you that
little by little, change can happen.

Meet your host
Hi I'm Anouk,
I'm a mom of 3 (wonderful and) emotionally intense kids, I have a master's in social work and I’ve been supporting parents of kids with all kinds of special needs for more then 16 years (and that's also how long I've been a mom!).
I now support parents of emotionally intense kids for whom nothing in the “general parenting advice” seems to work so they feel confident in trying different things that fit their kids' needs better.
"Just in Time" Parenting Support Opportunity
I'm dedicated in supporting you during the retreat and beyond, as parenting emotionally intense kids is far from a one and done thing (sorry if I'm breaking it out to you today).
To help, you’ll hear about my "Just in Time" Parenting support here and there throughout the event. On the final day of the retreat, two lucky (and engaged) attendees will be selected to win 3 months of support (worth $1500!)
The winners will gain instant access to ongoing individual audio and chat support and the Who's that Kid Workshop to get the support EXACTLY WHEN YOU NEED IT!
